Douglas B. Gordon, Esq., is a corporate governance attorney with a unique combination of over 25 years experience as a board member, senior corporate executive, entrepreneur and private practice and corporate attorney, in companies ranging from the New York Stock Exchange listed Gordon Jewelry Corporation with over $500M in annual revenue to a Southern California based internet company.

He is frequent speaker on corporate governance and has been interviewed on radio and CBS and NBC TV on topics ranging from the Sarbanes-Oxley Act to the Martha Stewart indictment. His published newspaper articles include "Forget Lerach's Kind Word and a Gun" and a "Missing Element in Effective Corporate Governance."
